Returns Policy 2011
Mechsealsonline refund policy is as follows:
· We provide a full refund if you receive defective goods; and
· We provide either a refund or an exchange if you are accidentally sent the wrong product.
We do not provide any refunds if you order the wrong product, or receive the product and you do not want it, or if you have changed your mind about it.
Should the goods be defective when you receive them or if you have received a different product to that which you ordered, please contact us immediately for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
In order for us to approve an exchange or refund of any product, you must have retained your original receipt, and the products must be in their original packaging.
If the product you received is defective or is not the product you ordered, we pay the cost of returning the item.
No goods will be accepted without an RMA number displayed clearly on the outside of a parcel.
Claims for refunds or exchanges of a defective or incorrectly sent product must be made within 14 days of the originating order invoice date. All goods for return, whether regarded as faulty or incorrectly received, must be returned to Mechsealsonline within 10 business days of notification from Mechsealsonline of the return address for the return of such goods unless otherwise directed by the authorised officer of Mechsealsonline. Failure to follow direction of the authorised officer of Mechsealsonline may result in any such claim for credit or replacement being rejected.
All returned products are subject to testing by Mechsealsonline and respective manufacturers in order to determine a defect claim. If the items returned are found to be in fact functional and not faulty as reported, the items will be returned to the customer and additional postage will be charged for the shipment. A brief document will be sent indicating the results of our tests and instruction on how to correctly install or use the items.
In circumstances where goods have been returned to us as a result of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, an additional delivery fee will be charged to the customer for the re-sending of the goods.
Returns need to be packed sturdily and securely to avoid any damage in transit. Additional charges may be incurred for any damages to the goods which occur during transit.
